VERSO Fund
January 2022. Launch of VERSO Fund, our new Pre-IPO venture capital investment vehicle. VERSO Fund will invest in post-validation, game-changing companies in foodtech, edtech and cleantech. Our team will seek companies with the most positive impact on as many people around the world as possible.
VERSO Fund will invest up to USD 300 million with the support of international UHNW and Institutional Limited Partners. Our main objective is to deploy capital in innovative companies that operate sustainably while achieving exponential commercial growth. Our portfolio will ultimately back up only up to 10 selected companies with initial commitments in Late Stage, Pre-IPO Equity and Convertible Notes and 1x to 5x follow-on capital for subsequent qualified financings.

June 7, 2021. Launch of VERSO X, our venture capital investment program focused on early-stage investing. With its proprietary formula, VERSO X is capable of deploying quick capital in very early-stage and pre-Series A technology companies worlwide. In addition, VERSO X secures a right of first offer on leading the next equity or debt financing event for selected companies.
